Le Maschere in Augustdorf

Unfortunately, I have nothing positive to say: I wanted to buy some ice cream vouchers for friends as a gift, as I do every year. Already at the entrance I was scolded by an elderly lady who probably felt disturbed in her peace and quiet that you don't have something like that. Maybe the lady should be a little more busy with her customers and a little less with her cell phone. Just outrageous that you are treated like this as a guest. No matter how good the ice cream can taste, I'm sure I won't go into this shop again.

Ice cream is ok, but I have never experienced worse service! 3 people present in the café, but you still have to pick up your order ?! Service at the table nil, but same prices demand. Insolence, therefore not again

Le-Maschere is centrally located in Augustdorf and provides an excellent location to enjoy an ice cream or milkshake after a walk in the nearby woods. It’s self-service, which was fine with us, but they were very quick in fulfilling our orders. All of our party were extremely happy with the ice cream. They have a very wide range of ice creams to choose from. I myself had their banana split which I have to say was up there with the best I have had. My children had Kinder Egg Ice creams naturally complete with actual Kinder Surprise Eggs. The price was reasonable for the size of the portion and the quality. I would certainly recommend anybody passing through to stop by and try one of their many Ice creams or shakes.

I have not eaten such a delicious good ice cream one of the few ice cream parlors in the circle where you can go with a good conscience and knows that you get something good for your money and not overpriced frozen sugar milk.

I am very disappointed with this ice cream parlor. The ice cream is nothing special, it tastes normal. The balls are very small, but the price is the same as in other ice cream parlors. Elsewhere you get almost double the portion for the same price. What I find very bad are the Kuntstoff sundae. All ice cream parlors use cardboard cups, but only here is plastic waste produced.

Very tasty ice cream. Varied selection also of drinks hot and cold. If you do not like it sweet, you can easily get delicious snacks.

The Celot family and all the staff are very nice and accommodating. The ice cream tastes great and special requests are always received. We always feel very comfortable there.
